I was the Lead Designer responsible for creating the official high-impact communications materials, including the key success brochure, for the West Africa Competitiveness Programme (WACOMP).
This project required me to distill the extensive achievements of a major initiative, which is funded by the European Union (EU) and implemented by UNIDO in partnership with ECOWAS, across its operational period of 2018-2025.
My design focused on translating complex project data into a clear and compelling narrative for stakeholders, successfully highlighting core results:
Strategic Impact: Communicating the programme's success in strengthening regional value chains (e.g., cassava, mango, and textiles) and enhancing Quality Infrastructure Systems.
Key Metrics: Emphasizing tangible achievements such as the development and adoption of 89 regional quality standards and the creation of over 240 new jobs for women in specific country projects.
Program Continuity: Designing messaging to seamlessly introduce the successor program, the Africa Trade Competitiveness and Market Access (ATCMA) Programme.
